Located in a sound attenuated structure, it has an automatic transfer switch, remote operation console inside the main building and an above ground 3,000 gallon Diesel storage tank with electronic monitoring.

 

On the shore of Monterey Bay, mid coastal California, in northern Monterey County, this site sits on the Santa Cruz county line, and is very close to San Benito county as well. 19 miles from Monterey  Regional Airport. Driving, the site is about 40 minutes from the Silicon Valley (Santa Clara, San Jose, Cupertino, Sunnyvale) or 1 hour 40 minutes to downtown San Francisco.

 

The site is approximately 1.75 acres of flat ground, allowing for expansion if required.
