Camage Industrial Park, Sonora, CA


Camage Industrial Park is an approved light industrial minor land subdivision located in Sonora, CA totaling 5.96 acres.  The approved development incorporates three separate parcels ranging in size from 72,978 SF, 76,611 SF and 109,559 SF, and is entitled for condominium purposes.  The entitlements include a Site Development Permit which allows for the construction of industrial condominiums, but can be modified to allow for other condominium development opportunities.  Special attention was made during the entitlement process to maximize the full development potential of the property while meeting the planning and zoning code requirements of Tuolumne County.  Camage Industrial Park is a fully approved project that can begin immediately under construction.  The entitlement package includes, but is not limited to the following documents.
